Sweet, crumbly, and flecked with pieces of apricots; every morsel as tender as a cloud. This cheese is a winner. Sold by the generous wedge it yields easily to a knife and spreads just enough to pair perfectly with a cracker. I bet it would be great with an apricot jelly on toast!
Eat with: baked sesame crackers. The salt pairs beautifully with the sweetness of the apricots.
